When you check out through Paypal, there is a form where you can add comments and instructions to your order. When ordering custom candles, please be sure to give us the name and astrological sign of the person/people the candle is for. If you’ve already sent in your order, you can contact us by phone or email to make updates.
We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can only be placed online to be shipped or in store to be picked up, first come first served before 7pm. If purchasing in store we will hold your candle up to two weeks. A 15% gratuity will be added to in store orders for 8 or more candles.

Orders are usually sent out within four weeks after we receive them. Occasionally it can take a few days longer because we have a small staff and many of our products are hand made. Please allow anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks for domestic orders; international orders generally take 6 - 8 weeks.
If you need to cancel/modify an order, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing it.
We ship most orders to the continental US via UPS Ground. Priority shipping is available upon request. Orders to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and international destinations are sent via the US Postal Service. Please email us at email@example.com for information about international ordering.
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we reuse packing materials from our suppliers whenever possible.
